The Moore Conference Room is located on the bottom floor of the Student Center. The following technology is available in the room:
- Wireless Conference Phone
- In-room audio with wireless microphone
- Guest computer hookup, VGA or HDMI
- A university provided laptop is available for this room, but it must be requested. Please contact IT if you wish to use this device

All of the technology in the room can be found in the southwest corner of the room, as shown in the picture below:
Wireless Conference Phone
The wireless conference phone, pictured below, is located on the counter in the southwest corner of the room. It includes a speaker/mic station, two handheld microphones, and a wireless handset from which calls can be made and received. Instructions for using this phone are located on the small card in the picture.
The projector is mounted to the ceiling in the northeast corner of the room. It projects on to the wall near the lectern. The remote to control the projector is located on the counter in the southwest corner of the room. It is pictured below.
The projector in most cases simply needs to be powered on. Take the remote over to the projector, point it at the projector, and press the blue power button.
Open the cabinet below the counter in the southwest corner of the room. You will find the audio rack pictured below. The black cord coming out of the middle of the bottom row is the video hookup cable. Plug this into your computer to send its signal to the projector. The red and white cable gang in the bottom right merge into one audio jack which can be plugged in to your computer to send audio to hte projector.
Open the drawer in the audio rack to find the wireless microphone. Hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on. Please remember to turn it off and replace it in the drawer when finished.
