To log in, you will need your username and password. You should have been sent your username by email after your application was submitted. However, if you are unable to locate that email, your username can be recovered.

You will not be able to access BlueQuill (system for taking courses) or your student email until after scheduling your first courses. Your first courses will need to be scheduled with your advisor.
How to use myTools
The myTools website can be used to track the following information:
1. Pay Your Tuition Deposit.
To pay the tuition deposit is myTools, please click on the link below entitled Urbana University Deposit.
You will be able to choose if you wish to pay the tuition deposit, housing deposit, or both.
2. What transcripts have been submitted and processed
To maximize your potential for transfer credit, be sure to send us the official, sealed transcripts from all of the colleges or universities where you have registered for courses. Most colleges and universities have an Office of the Registrar or Office of Records, which is the department responsible for maintaining student transcripts, record, and enrollment status. Contact your previous school's registrar's office to request that your official transcript be sent directly to us at the address listed here.
If you have some college experience, but will not be transferring at least 24 credits from an accredited college or university to Urbana, please provide us with both your high school and college transcripts.
High School Transcripts
When acquiring your high school transcript, please note that many high schools are closed or short-staffed over the summer, so it may be more difficult to get your transcripts during that time period. For that reason, we recommend that you set aside additional time to obtain your transcripts. Please be aware that some high schools may not be able to process transcript requests in June or July.
You can expect to spend $3 to $10 for your high school transcript. Please allow 7-10 days for your transcript to arrive at Urbana. There is no cost for us to receive and evaluate your transcript.

5. If you have been selected for Financial Aid verification
Sometimes during the FAFSA process, the IRS will select you for verification. If selected, you will receive an email from Urbana's Financial Aid Office along with information regarding the forms you will need to submit.
