Audio Setup Support
The IT department is often able to provide assistance with a technical run-through prior to an event, as long as the run through comes during regular business hours.
Please fill out a Help Desk Request 48 hours prior to the technical run-through so we can schedule an available technician: https://servicedesk.franklin.edu/WorkOrder.do
If your meeting is located in room without a microphone or conference phone, such items can be reserved through Faculty Services: facserv@franklin.edu
Event Video Recording
If you need your event to be professionally recorded, please contact the Help Desk. We can then forward your request to our Videography department.
Virtual Meeting Options
Student Meeting rooms for BlueQuill classes at Franklin University user Adobe Connect.
However, Faculty and Staff meeting rooms should be conducted using Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business. Training is shown below.
