Please Note: This process is not used to request hardware for a new employee. Instead, that process can be found here.
If you have a request for new Hardware and/or Software to be provided by the IT department, please have your Supervisor:
- Log onto servicedesk.franklin.edu
- Fill out the appropriate Service Catalog form:
- For Hardware: Go to the Service Catalog (at the top of the screen) > Computer Hardware and Peripherals > New Hardware Equipment Request Form.
- For Software: Go to the Service Catalog (at the top of the screen) > Software > Software Request.
