Did you know that you can log a request directly into the Help Desk's request tracking system, also known as ServiceDesk. Use your Franklin University or Urbana University username and password to log into: servicedesk.franklin.edu
The Help Desk will receive this request and you can track the progress.
In ServiceDesk, you will see a few useful tabs.
The Home tab will show you your requests that are pending, awaiting approval, and awaiting update.
The Requests tab can be used to log a service request with the Help Desk. Use the New Incident button to start a new request.
