This process assumes that you have been granted access to the shared mailbox. If you need access, Click Here.
You can only change this setting from the online email web app.
1. Log in to the Outlook Web App (mail.franklin.edu)
2. Click on your name in the upper-right corner
3. Click “Open another mailbox”
4. Type the name of the mailbox
5. The mailbox should now open and you can go to its settings and set an auto-reply.
