The following instructions should be used to request contractor/temporary employee account and technology resources for Franklin University or Urbana University.
1. Please log into servicedesk.franklin.edu with your staff/faculty credentials.
2. Go to the Service Catalog > User Accounts and Permissions > Contractor Accounts/Resource Requests.
3. Please fill out that form and fill in all necessary details.
Please note that accounts can take up to a week to be created, so please submit your request early.
