Audience: Franklin University users trying to log into their email.

I am able to log into BlueQuill without any issues, but Office 365 email will not accept my correct school email address and password.
This issue can occur when your Office 365 login credentials have fallen out of sync with your BlueQuill credentials. Because of this, Office 365 will not accept your password even if BlueQuill will.
1. Reset your password to sync all accounts:
- Franklin: password.franklin.edu and sign in with your username and password.
If you are still unable to login, please contact the Technology Help Desk so that we may assist in correcting any issues with your Office 365 email account.
