General BlueQuill Troubleshooting
When you are experiencing issues in BlueQuill with display or functionality, sometimes this indicates that your internet browser's temporary files have been corrupted. We recommend deleting these files to troubleshoot.
NOTE: We strongly recommend using the Google Chrome browser from a PC running at least the Windows 7 (or greater) operating system for the best experience with University internet resources.
Please check to make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome and then follow these steps:
- Click the 3-dot icon in the top right corner of the Google Chrome browser.
- Choose More Tools -> Clear Browsing Data:
- In the screen shown below, please set the time range to "All Time" and select the two checkboxes that are displayed below before clicking on "Clear Data".
- If you are using Mozilla Firefox, please set the "Time Range to Clear" to "Everything" and select all of the checkboxes that are displayed below before clicking on "Clear Now" or "OK".
In all cases, please close completely out of your web browser so that the changes may take effect. This includes any other tabs open on another screen.
