    Hi Paul, Outstanding Blue Quill development and content for grading preface the question that follows with the fact that I am just an adjunct professor and time is a bit precius......Epic: "Day to Day" is still a bit of a challenge in the class and the !Discuss Area! of a lab, me and the students have learned the best thing to do is write everything in a word document save it, then cut and paste it to the posting.....because-- if you freehand/author content directly into the form, and happen to click back to a reference from the class you wish to quote/refer for the students to review all your work disappears. After the second do-over most of us do the workaround of typing the whole idea in a separate word document described in the beginning....Please consider --- if BLuequill would just save the info in the filed as a draft until published by the writer to the class the speed and content keeps flowing at a good rate, and minimizing duplicating of documentation which seems to be the workaround required by the BlueQuill current method.     Thanks Patrick. I think that your recommendation is a good one and something that we can consider for a future release. For now, your work around seems like a good one. You could also consider if using BQ Docs for some of these assignments could be appropriate since it does allow you to save drafts before submitting them.

    How do I change a grade?

    @Cynthia, as long as final grades have not been submitted, you should be able to just click on the score that needs to be edited, change it and re-publish it.

    what is best practice for grading a discussion with a rubric? Is there a way to see each students individual posts all in one location so I can match that up to the rubric when grading?

    Hello Jill,

    For information on best practices, we usually refer people to whomever does their faculty training so that best practices are consistent across each university.
